Hoesh International is happy to provide a sample at a small fee. Please contact us for information. Hoesh can also arrange a printed sample at an initial cost of £50 (Inclusive of VAT and refundable on placing an order). Carriage Charges will apply for shipping samples to Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the EU and Internationally.
Print size is dependent upon product, artwork and customer preference.
Please provide your artwork in a JPEG or PDF file where possible and with the font name where applicable. If you require additional details adding to your artwork, then please supply these to us in the first instance as additions made after the artwork has been prepared will be chargeable.
We may need to make alterations to your artwork in order to ensure that we get the best results when printed. We will provide you with a proof of your artwork for approval before it goes to print. Proofs are normally always in black and white and should be printed out to give you an idea of the finished size.
Printing takes approximately 2 weeks after the artwork is approved and payment is made and we reserve the right to increase this during busy periods. We will always confirm the current lead time with you when you place your order.
Your artwork will be retained on file should you wish to place future orders for printed stock.
Hoesh International can despatch plain orders on the same day where payment has been received before 2pm. Parcels can arrive anytime between 8am – 6pm on the day of delivery. If delivery is required at a specific time, this should be informed at the time of ordering and this can be booked for an additional charge. Any deliveries required on a weekend will be charged at a higher rate.
Where the quantity of products ordered amounts to 10 or more boxes, we can send items on a pallet providing there are facilities to receive the pallet at the delivery destination.
Delivery terms may be subject to changes where we are shipping to Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the EU and internationally.
Hoesh International will gladly accept returns or exchanges of merchandise with original receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date.
This will be on an exchange or credit only and not for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
